Your membership is billed monthly and includes one massage credit per billing cycle to use at your convenience.

• Each billing cycle includes one massage credit
• Unused credits roll over while the membership remains active
• Massage credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual listed on the membership account
• Memberships may be canceled any time after the initial three-month term
• Upon cancellation, any unused credits must be used within 30 days
• After 30 days, unused credits will expire
• All appointments are subject to the studio’s standard cancellation and no-show policy

Your membership begins on the day you sign up. Billing occurs monthly on the same date, and one massage credit is added to your account each billing cycle.

Once you’ve joined, you can book your session online through the scheduling link provided in your confirmation email. Your membership credit will automatically apply at checkout.

Yes. Memberships require a three-month minimum commitment. After the initial three months, you may cancel at any time.

If you cancel after the three-month commitment, any unused credits must be used within 30 days of cancellation. After that period, remaining credits will expire.

Yes. If you’d like to switch between the 60-minute and 90-minute membership options, please reach out and we’ll be happy to assist with the transition.
